Front yard
The large concrete slabs are separated by wide bands of gravel to allow stormwater infiltration. A recycled water storage tank was used to create a low planter for herbs and succulents.

Driveway planting/paving
The offset bond pattern of pavers and gravel allow people to get out of their vehicles without stepping into the plantings. Simple, soft grasses contrast sharp, architectural succulents.
Side gate
A small pedestrian gate is cut into a functioning vehicular gate on the side driveway.

Large reclaimed wood beams are set to appear as though they are floating.
