Camelia Residence

The existing parking area was damaged by a previous storm and thus, left the homeowner with no covered parking on top of broken concrete.

The new car port takes up half the space and allows compact, tandem parking.  The large opening at right allows whoever parks first to exit through the alley without disturbing the other vehicle.  

Creating a tandem parking area allowed for a larger yard space, behind the fence at left.

The main back yard area is surrounded by an 8' modern wood fence that opens up as it moves down the side the house.
