Baywood Avenue

The side of the house before was messy, unused.

A privacy wall was added to give a feeling of enclosure to the side gathering area.

A large side porch was added to the side of the home.  With open railings and a built-in fire place, the new side porch is an inviting outdoor space.

A fire place is placed on top of a custom built metal wood storage cabinet in front of a louvered wall to allow minimal air and light flow.

A low reclaimed wood fence encloses the front yard without blocking views to and from the home.

The new front yard is simple, yet inviting.
